PROA INTERNACIONAL, S.L.U company dedicated to the «Import, export and distribution to wholesalers of fish and seafood», sets out in this document its Food Quality and Safety Policy.
With this quality and food safety policy we are committed to achieving and maintaining the optimal levels of quality of our products and services according to the needs and demands of our customers, maintaining competitiveness through continuous improvement of our processes, as well such as food safety and the legality of our products. This Quality and food safety policy is based on the following general precepts:
The correct control of our processes for continuous improvement based on the quality and food safety of our products.
- Constantly ensure the food safety of our products and the continuous improvement of our quality management system and HACCP.
- Offer our clients a product that generates trust and seriousness towards our Organization, achieving the satisfaction of all our interested parties.
- Comply with the requirements of our clients as well as the legal ones that affect the quality of the supplied product.
- Comply with the implemented Compliance system.
The present policy known, shared and maintained by all the staff also wants to reflect their constant commitment to quality, being reviewed annually so that it can continuously adapt to the needs of the organization, its employees and to obtain the satisfaction of our clients. .
